Meet Alice Villasenor
I have 18 years of experience in Real Estate with high volume sales. I have served on REALTORS® leadership at the local & state level including being the President of the Yakima Association of REALTORS® in 2018. I represent both Buyers and Sellers through the Yakima Valley with good communication and negotiating skills to help clients navigate the Yakima real estate market.
I also help sellers prepare for the market with advice on current market valuation, pointers to get the interior & exterior of their home ready for professional photography & provide creative marketing ideas to get them the best possible price for their home, land or rent income properties.
